Your boat is a significant investment but if left untouched in our south westerly environment it will quickly deteriorate over time. Sun, water, seagull damage and salt deposits can damage your boat. Internally damp can lead to mould all contributing to a negative appearance of your boat to you and your friends appreciation when on board. As a boat owner, I understand the importance of keeping my boat clean and presentable and offer boat cleaning services and regular care-taking.
If you live out of the area and are unable to access you boat I can carry out regular boat checks for security and condition monitoring.
Mast Climbing, boat Maintenance and Winterizing
With my background in climbing I have the experience and equipment for safely climbing masts to carry out surveys and change worn parts. And I am more than happy to carry out maintenance jobs at deck level – some regular task are listed below. We live in an area where temperatures may drop below freezing point so it is wise to prepare your boat for winter weather and low temperatures.
